25 strawberries
8 oz. cream cheese softened
1/4 cup powered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 pkg sliced almonds
Toast almonds on a cookie sheet for 1 to 2 minutes.
Wash strawberries.
Use balling tool to scoop out top of berries.
Trim bottom berries to make them stand up.
Beat cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar
Fill parchment bag with cheese mixture
Fill strawberries with cheese mixture
Top with almonds
