2lbs Ground chuck
1 Medium Onion
3 to 4 Garlic Cloves
30oz Canned pinto beans rinsed and drained
24oz Canned tomato sauce
12oz bottled dark beer
14oz Canned beef broth
6oz Canned tomato paste
4.5oz Chopped green chilies
2tbsp Worcester sauce
2tsp Ground red pepper
2tsp Ground cumin
1tsp Paprika
1tsp Hot sauce
Cook meat, onions, garlic over medium heat. Until meat is browned
Combine ingredients into 5qt crock pot.
Simmer on low for 3 to 4 hours or until chili thickens.
