2 Sticks (1. Cup) unsalted butter, softened
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 1/4 All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Coarse Salt
2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
2 Large Eggs, Room Temperature
2 Cups (12 oz) Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350°
Whisk together Flour and Baking Soda
In a separate bowl, beat Butter, both Sugars, until fluffy
Beat in Salt, Vanilla, and Eggs until well combined
Mix in Flour until well combined
Finally, stir in Chips
Drop tablespoon size balls of dough 2" apart onto parchment lined baking sheets. cook 8-10 minuets or
For 1" dough balls, cook 7 1/2 minutes
Bake until cookies are golden around the edges but still soft center.
About 8-10 minutes
Transfer to wire rack to cool
