1. Add eggs to bowl

2. Add very little milk to eggs and mix

3. add in salt and pepper

4. Griddle must be at 300 or less to cook with burner off

5. Eggs will cook in 60 seconds or less

If the cooktop is too hot, eggs will brown and burn
