4 green or red bell peppers
5tbsp olive Oil
1 Medium onion
1 Clove of garlic
1lb Lean ground beef
1 1/2 cups cooked rice
1tsp Oregano
1/2tsp Worcester sauce
Tabasco
Cut peppers in half and clean
Boil peppers for 3 minutes to soften
Cook onions, garlic in 4tbsp of olive oil in skillet until soft and translucent
Cook rice
Add rice, meat, oregano to mixing bowl
Add cooked onions, garlic to mixing bowl
Season with Salt and Pepper and mix thoroughly
Mix ketchup, Worcester, Tabasco and 1/4 cup water
Drizzle olive oil in pepper and then add meat
Position peppers in pan
top with sauce and add 1/4 cup water to baking dish
Cook for 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees
