3 tbs oyster sauce
2 tbs fish sauce
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp white sugar
Olive Oil or other for cooking
4cups cooked jasmine rice chilled
6 cloves garlic
2 Thai chiles, chopped (can use serranos)
1 red bell pepper chopped
1 medium onion chopped
2 eggs
8 ounces chicken
2cups Thia Basil leaves left whole
Make the rice the night before. Cool and store uncovered in the refrigerator flipping every 8 hours.
Cook rice in butter and oil on Blackstone with medium heat.
add salt and pepper to the rice.
Start cooking onions and add garlic
Move rice aside and add peas and carrots to griddle and warm
Mix, chicken, rice and veggies together. once all warm, add in hosin, teryaki, soy and seame sauce.
mix together. Add eggs last and scramble.
