1. Griddle cannot be above 300 degrees

2. Cook the eggs until they are mostly solid in a round shape

3. Cook ingredients on the other side on the cooktop

4. Add in ingredients to one side of the omelet.

5. Close the omelet flip cook and serve.

If the cooktop is too hot, eggs will brown and burn
