1 lb ground meat

1 can tomato soup 

1 cup salsa

1/2 cup milk

6 flour tortillas (cut into 1 inch pieces)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Spray dish with cooking spray

Brown meat, stir in soup, salsa, milk, tortillas and 1/2 of the cheese. 

Spoon into baking dish.

Cover and bake for 30 mins or until hot.

Server over soft shell tortillas and add chips.
