1-1/2 cup peanut butter creamy
6 cups powdered sugar
1 cup butter softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Toothpicks
Wax paper
3 Bakers dipping milk chocolate. (This is the best dipping chocolate works great)
Preparation:
Mix peanut butter, sugar, butter and vanilla until semi-dry and crumbly. Shape into bite sized balls. Place balls on wax-papered covered cookie sheet. Put one toothpick in each ball.
Freeze 30 mins till firm.
Microwave dipping chocolate and stir still warm and smooth. Dip into Warm dipping chocolate leaving top uncovered to resemble a buckeye.
Freeze until serving. Makes 5 dozen.
